Auxiliary Social Media Coordinator | Positions Available: 5
Currently, KSAR is looking for a volunteer who is comfortable posting and interacting on various social media platforms to help us increase our exposure in the community. This exposure will allow us to educate the public about wilderness safety, and will assist us in increasing donations so we may continue our life-saving work. Key Responsibilities: In partnership with the Public Relations Coordinator, develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, create and manage daily social media content, and interact with people who comment on the posts. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and others, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, experience working in a social impact organization is preferred. his position is considered remote but requires the applicant to be available locally for content. Hours are flexible, averaging between 1 to 2 hours per week.
