OPERATION RED NOSE – Operation Red Nose Campaign Volunteers – Designated Drivers, Escort Drivers, Navigators, Phone Operators, Dispatch, Refreshments (Food Safe) and Greeters.
OUT OF THE COLD – Shift Support Volunteers – Volunteers will assist Shift Captains with guests seeking food and shelter on Wednesdays and Sundays. The shifts on Wednesdays and Sundays are: 6:00pm-9:00pm, 9:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-7:00am. The volunteers must work well with people who may be homeless, substance abuse, mental health concerns.

VOLUNTEER KAMLOOPS -Snow Angel Volunteers needed We are seeking volunteers for the Snow Angels program in various areas of Kamloops. Must be physically fit and reliable.
ADAPTIVE SPORTS AT SUN PEAKS – Volunteer Ski and Snowboard Instructors (15+) are needed to commit to one weekend day throughout Jan., Feb., and Mar. each snow season at Sun Peaks.
KAMLOOPS HOSPICE ASSOCIATION -Snow Removal Volunteers Remove snow from property, walkways, and driveway at hospice as well as City sidewalks adjacent to the property.
CANADIAN MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE – Certified Yoga Instructor to hold a 45-min. class twice a month. Must be certified.
JOHN HOWARD SOCIETY – Volunteer (19+) – Volunteer help individuals reintegrate from the criminal justice system. There are various positions including peer support, counselling, addictions, nutrition, cooking skills, etc.
ASK WELLNESS SOCIETY – AASH Program Volunteer Assist with Breakfast prep 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Monday to Friday, Brunch Prep Sunday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Meal Plan Wed/Thu/Fri and Sun lunch. Shopping for meals, Clean Kitchen. Access to reliable vehicle and valid BC Driver’s Licence and insurance.
KAMLOOPS UNITED CHURCH – Thrift Shop Volunteers (19+) – Volunteer will work in the thrift shop. Duties include sorting, pricing, shelving, and cash handling. Seeking volunteers for Saturdays.
KAMLOOPS HOSPICE ASSOCIATION – Flutter Buys Thrift Store – Various Positions as follows- Cashier, sorters, and floor. Volunteers will sort/organize donations, use the cash register, and use customer skills.
SALVATION ARMY THRIFT STORE – Urgently requires volunteers Sort & process donations, price items, assist customers with purchases and participate in various tasks. Streamline donation processing, organization of the store.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RESTORE – Urgently requires volunteers to help in their retail outlet. Positions include Cashiers/merchandisers, Sorting room attendants, Warehouse assistants, Swampers (help load and unload trucks).
