Volunteer Link Program

The Volunteer Link Program is delivered in partnership with the Thompson Nicola, Cariboo United Way.  This program is a recruitment and referral service provided to adults 19+ years of age. Volunteers are encouraged to focus on their talents in areas of personal interest in order to experience a rewarding volunteer placement.

The Volunteer Link Program Coordinator can provide:

Recruitment:

Fill out the application at the VK administration office (645 Victoria Street), or fill-out the on-line application form, upon availability. 

Referral:

Obtain a list of referral information for agencies, special events, or sporting events that best fit your personal interests at 645 Victoria Street, in the local newspaper, or on the website under the volunteer opportunities link.

Follow-up Service:

Receive referral services as often as you desire with the support and encouragement from all Volunteer Kamloops staff.

 

Remember, the final volunteer placement is up to you!!
