  • To receive feedback
  • To be heard
  • To be treated with dignity and respect
  • To be given the opportunity to provide feedback
  • To understand the roles of staff members
  •  To maintain confidentiality
  •  To be loyal to the agency and community
  • To maintain the dignity and integrity of the community service with the public.
  • To carry out duties promptly and reliably
  • To accept the guidance and decisions of the volunteer coordinators
  • To demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in orientation, training and meetings.
  • To know and understand the policies that exists in the agency.
  • To develop an open and honest relationship with staff members.
